When: You can visit it throughout the year! I can tell you from my own experience since I have visited Dubai in almost every month, even in the hottest one, which is August! However, everything will depend on the activities and experiences that you want to have. If you also want to enjoy the sea and outdoor activities, the end of March to the end of June is the best option. The months from July to mid-September are very hot, and the temperatures can reach over 40 degrees Celsius. However, since it is a futuristic city, all the places are very well air conditioned, and you may even need a thin jacket for the cold inside of some malls and restaurants. But outside, you won’t be able to walk during the peak hours of the middle of the day. Decide what experiences you want to have, and we will recommend the best month for your trip.
